200Tdi Defender Performance log exhaust manifold.

These manifolds are made to order, so please allow up to 4 weeks from purchase to shipping with an additional week if selecting Cerakote.

Our solution to the restrictive cast iron 200tdi defender manifold is made with 5axis machined billet steel collectors for the perfect balance of exhaust gas velocity and reduced backpressure, these manifolds are meticulously designed using the latest CFD software to create the optimum runner size and collector geometry.

Manufactured from Mild Steel with 12mm thick head flanges that allow the manifold to be mounted upside down to suit 200tdi Discovery and 300tdi engines. A custom downpipe will need to be manufactured for 200tdi Discovery and 300tdi engines, due to the manifold not mounting the turbocharger in the standard position, therefore, the standard exhaust downpipe may not fit.

During the manufacture process, all our manifolds undergo specific heat treat/stress relieving prior to the flange machining process. This gives piece of mind that the manifolds can undergo extreme conditions and still perform as designed.

For EGT (Exhaust gas temperature) probes, the manifold is supplied with a Ø6,00mm blind hole, on the collector face, to drill and tap to suit your own requirement. The blind hole is designed to angle the probe just above the internal collector merge meaning all of the measurements are done for you.

Land Rover Defender 200tdi - 1990 to 1994

This will also fit the Discovery 200tdi and 300tdi variant engines providing a Defender 200tdi inlet manifold is used and a custom downpipe, oil feed and oil return is manufactured.

For the 300tdi, a spacer kit may be needed for clearance between the turbocharger and starter motor, these will be available soon on our website.

This is the same manifold as used on the +200hp 200tdi Defender "Project200"!
