Land Rover Defender/Discovery TD5 Head-stud kit

Land Rover TD5 performance head-stud kit.

Standard Defender & Discovery TD5 head bolts are well known to stretch when used in performance/tuned applications.

Our head-stud kits are manufactured from Aerospace grade, high tensile alloy steel which undergo precision machining including thread rolling. These are then chemically blackened and oiled.

The installation of this kit requires no modifications to the engine.

This kit has been developed and tested on multiple +250hp engines such as race cars, including multiple Bowlers, and fast street cars.

These can be re-used, unlike standard stretch bolts

12x High tensile head studs

12x Washers

12x High tensile tall section nuts

1x Fitting instructions

It is recommended to fit a new head gasket during installation.
